Annie's Everyday English is operated by Everyday English with Annie ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The service is provided by Everyday English with Annie, the trading name of an individual sole seller (not a registered company). You can reach us at support@annieeverydayenglish.com.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles all payment-related queries, billing enquiries and tax compliance.
Annie's Everyday English is a digital English learning app delivered over the internet. It provides vocabulary, phrases, real-life scenarios, audio pronunciation, quizzes and spaced review. It is an educational product and does not award any formal qualification or certification.
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details secure and use accurate information. One account is for one person; please do not share your login. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Paddle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our refund policy.
Please do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute the app's content, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
All lesson content, wording, artwork and software in the app belong to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning.
We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
The app is provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
